Why Mentorship?
Working with trustees, managing faculty, diffusing parent issues, marketing, fund raising, crisis management–these are just a handful of concerns that keep heads of school up at night. With this list of responsibilities, it is no wonder school leaders feel isolated.
In order to navigate the complexities of the job, school leaders need a thought partner. I help reframe issues, devise strategy and tactics, manage change, and thoughtfully consider how to respond to a problem. In building a relationship with you as a school leader, I act as a sounding board and provide a vehicle to test ideas before implementation.

Our Partnership
Developing an open and honest relationship with you and allowing for a free exchange of ideas, leads to better solutions. I typically operate by regularly scheduled phone calls and am also available for counsel when more immediate issues arise. My focus is the success of you as a school leader and with this, the success of your school.
